Blackberry Honey

Harvested from our beehives in North Carolina, our Blackberry Honey tastes of tangy dried currants and rich black tea, topped off with a hint of savory fleur de sel.

Blackberry Honey

Mark Negley visits North Carolina a few times a year to tend the bees that make Negley and Son's Blackberry Honey, but he never tires of the trip.

"I'll wake up in the truck and look around," says Mark. "And everything is bright green."

The bees wander verdant fields and patches of woods surrounded by tree-covered hills. And among all the green are blackberry bushes that bloom all summer long.

The lush countryside holds sentimental value, too, reminding Mark of southern Pennsylvania, where his dad grew up.
